The complainant in this episode is named Julian Castillo who complains about an agency were his live-in partner stayed named Kingdom International Manpower Services who keeps their applicants like hostages and they were not allowed to go out unless they pay their accommodation. Their room is lock and they are not allowed to go anywhere.  They applied for abroad in Jordan but the agency is forcing them to be deployed in Saudi. Raffy Tulfo in Action team immediately rescued the live-in partner of the complainant. Also, there were more applicants left in the agency and also, secretly, they asked help in Raffy Tulfo in Action and later on, the establishment was ordered closed by the government.
