One of the complainants of this episode is a mother who is a minor who complained about her child who is in the custody of her aunt who does not want to give her child without paying the expenses they paid when she had the baby. The complainant’s aunt is from Inayawan, Cebu. Mr. Raffy Tulfo talked to the complainant’s Aunt and she agreed to what Mr. Tulfo said that she should give the child to the mother.
