One of the issues in this segment is about a mother who asks for help because she wants her child back because her child is with her relative and does not want to give the child to her. The name of the complainant is named Lourdes Miñoza. But Mr. Raffy Tulfo asked the side of the relative named Catalina Burgos through phone call and according to her, they registered the child and their names were on the parents’ name so according to her, legally, they were the parent of the child and not the name of Lourdes and her husband but in reality, there must be a process for a legal adoption.
