The complainant is Arnel Manuel who had a son named Arvin Manuel, complains about the parents of his son’s girlfriend because his son is forced to be married in a wrong time since he was still an apprentice on a ship and they want him to go down to be married to their daughter. But according to the girlfriend of his son named Jenny Calma, her boyfriend is obliged to be married to her since she was impregnated by him. Mr. Arnel said that the child in her womb is a problem. Mr. Arvin Manuel said to Jenny that he will never marry her because he will just support the child and take the custody of the child and she was once told by him to abort the child.
