The complainant in this episode is a newly-wed couple who complains about their wedding organizer, because they were not satisfied of the organizer’s output of organizing and designing their wedding. They paid 100,000 pesos and they have lots of complaints about their wedding event. The complainants were Mr. and Mrs. Michelle and Arnold Medilo. According to them, the paper plates were used in their weeding. They complained about the flowers in their wedding car and bouquet were plastic and the bride does not like it. Mrs. Medilo also complains about gate crashers.

The wedding organizer named Anna Marie Atienza was interviewed by Raffy Tulfo and she stated her side that she 95 percent of the couple’s wedding was successful. Mr. Raffy Tulfo was just fair because he did not agree to the complainant since they want a 100 percent refund and it is not fair for the organizer.
