The complainant in this episode is a mother who had a child in the custody of her ex-lover’s family. The family of her ex-lover does not want to give the child to the complainant for the reason that the child is too young to be in her mother’s side. The complainant went to Raffy Tulfo in Action, because the mother of her ex-lover does not allow her to borrow her child for bonding purposes. Mr. Raffy Tulfo called the grandmother on phone, asking to take the child in the morning, but she refused. Mr. Tulfo contacted Women’s and Children’s Desk (WCD) to accompany the complainant to forcefully take the child . When the morning came, Raffy Tulfo in Action Team went to la Union to take the child from her ex-lover’s family.

In the video, the complainant exert much force to take her child, since the family of her ex-lover does not want to give the child to her mother.
