Here’s another issue about delayed salary. The complainants were a group of factory workers in a garment factory. They were delayed in salary for one and a half month and the reason brought to them by the management is that they have no more funds but the operation of their company is still on going.

Mr. Tulfo contacted the HR and she said that she was not the right person to answer Mr. Tulfo’s questions. He also added that the HR should know the reasons of the delayed salaries of the employees. The HR said that according to their boss, they will have their salary on Friday.
