A Domestic Helper was attempted physically harassed by the son of her employer in Mecca.

The complainant, Jackelyn Talilisan, OFW already complained in OWWA Cotabato but Raffy Tulfo in Action responded to the case until the OFW successfully got home here in the Philippines.

She went to Rafffy Tulfo in action to complain about her ticket and to consult if she can have a refund since she was the one who payed for it. But the Agency must pay for her ticket. The agency responded that the complainant must go to their office but it is not proper since the OFW got home because of the incident but not because of unnecessary purpose. Mr. Raffy Tulfo called Ms. Jem Tan, Documentary Officer of Bumiputra Agency to refund for the ticket. She agreed and refund the ticket.
