Veteran anchor-woman and Radio broadcaster, Karen Davila is making rounds on the online world following her commentaries on “DZMM TeleRadyo Show” in which she highlighted hot topic suggesting that presidential son Paolo Duterte and Sara Duterte’s husband Mans Carpio must appear on the senate hearing to clear their names from accusation brought about by Senator Antonio Trillanes.

We cannot deny the fact that millions of the netizens are supporters of President Duterte and this controversial issue online could be attributed to the reason that the anchor-woman Karen Davila was lambasted by the netizen for her suggestion in support to Senator Antonio Trillanes claimed.

One among Duterte’s supporter reacted against Davila is Atty. Trixie Cruz-Angeles who have posted comments against the opinion of Davila who have previously claiming that Paolo Duterte and Mans Carpio were presumed guilty as their names were called by the attention of the senate so therefore they need their appearance to clear their names.

The netizens lambasted Karen Davila for condemning Paolo Duterte and Mans Carpio as guilty connecting to Taguba, as claimed by Senator Trillanes without considering that according to the netizens comment that “the accused is still considered innocence until proven by the court guilty beyond reasonable doubt,” said one of the netizens.

Another comments said, the senate is a legislative body and not a court and to the court only one has to prove himself innocence before the trial on the court and not on the senate hearing.
