Class suspensions on Tuesday, August 22, 2017 due to continuous monsoon rains. The official announcement is by its respective offices and admins in every cities all over the country.
PAGASA stated that the tropical storm “Isang” has maintained its strength as it moves closer towards the Batanes Group of Islands.

PAGASA STATED:
- Estimated rainfall amount is from moderate to occasionally heavy rains within the 400 km diameter of the Tropical Storm.
- “ISANG” is expected to be in the vicinity of Batanes this midnight.
- This weather system will continue to enhance the Southwest Monsoon that will bring light up to heavy rains over Visayas and the rest of Luzon particularly over the western section and Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR). Resident of these areas as well as of areas with TCWS are alerted against possible landslides and flashfloods.
