The three women identified as Chyrel Pineda, Quennie Mijares and Alexis Premacio became the guest of idol anchorman Raffy Tulfo at “Raffy Tulfo in action” to complain against the jail guard of Pasay City Jail for over implementing the security measure that goes beyond up to peering private parts of the visitors.

According to the three complainants, they went to visit their relative inmates, but they were surprised on their last visit because of the manner of the jail guards doing inspection to visitors were no longer to what they have used before. They complained that jail guards inspection come to the point of taking a look of their private parts in which they feel inconvenience the way they do it.

The Action Man, idol Raffy Tulfo then called the attention of Deputy Jail Warden Capt. Rolando Alicante to hear from jail side and to explain regarding the complain of food control to the inmates. Capt. Alicante then explained that they are just implementing the rules and regulation of the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP). And according to Alicante, they are not doing with their own but simply follow orders from the higher authorities.

After learning from the explanation of Alicante, the three complainant had nothing to do but walk out for they have not proven themselves about the complain they wanted to bring to the attention to the Action Man.
