The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces a total of 605 out of 1,150 passed the December 2016 Dentist Licensure Examination (Written Phase) and 609 out of 613 passed the Dentist Licensure Examination (Practical Phase).

PRC also posted the Top 10 Passers for January 2017 Dentist Licensure Examination – Practical Phase. Allan Fred Garcia Camungol studied from Centro Escolar University – Makati is the topnotchers (rank 1) of January 2017 Dentist Board exam.

The members of the Board of Dentistry was composed by Dr. Rannier F. Reyes, Officer-In-Charge; Dr. Gloria M. Bumanlag, Dr. Melinda L. Garcia, Dr. Roberto M. Tajonera and Dr. Maria Jona D. Godoy, Members.

The results are posted in two (2) working days after the last day of examination.

The successful examinees who garnered the ten (10) highest places in the January 2017 Dentist Licensure Examination – Practical Phase are the following:

Examinees answered the following subjects: General and Oral Anatomy and Physiology, General and Oral Pathology, General and Oral Microscopic Anatomy and Microbiology, Restorative Dentistry and Public Health and Community Dentistry, Prosthetic Dentistry (Crown and Bridge, Removable Partial Denture and Complete Denture and Dental Materials. Roentgenology, Oral Diagnosis and Oral Surgery, Anesthesiology and Pharmacology.

In the last day of examination, Examinees answer the following subjects: Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics, Dental Jurisprudence, Ethics and Practice Management, Periodontics and Endodontics.
