The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) release a total of 6,836 out of 14,322 passed the Nurse Licensure Examination given by the Board of Nursing. The University of Santo Tomas got a hundred percentage for Top Performing of Schools while Abra Valley College got the highest score of 38. 71% (Overall Performance).

Professional Regulatory Board of Nursing administered the licensure examination in the cities of Manila, Bacolod, Baguio, Cabanatuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Dagupan, Davao, Iloilo, Laoag, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga, held last November 26 & 27, 2016.

Examinees answered the following subjects below;

Saturday (November 26, 2016) – Nursing Practice 1- Basic Foundation of Nursing and Professional Nursing Practice, Nursing Practice II – Community Health Nursing and Care of the Mother and Child, Nursing Practice III – Care of Clients with Physiologic and Psychosocial Alterations (Part A).

Sunday (November 27, 2016) – Nursing Practice IV – Care of Clients with Physiologic and Psychosocial Alterations (Part B), Nursing V – Care of Clients with Physiologic and Psychosocial Alterations (Part C).

The performance of schools in the November 2016 Nurse Licensure Examination in alphabetical order as per R.A. 8981 otherwise known as PRC Modernization Act of 2000 Section 7(m) “To monitor the performance of schools in licensure examinations and publish the results thereof in a newspaper of national circulation” is as follows:
