Wednesday, May 18, the Former Commission on Elections (Comelec) chairman Sixto Brillantes Jr gave her unrelenting words, criticized the wreck case filed before the canvassing of votes for the president and presidential race. Stating, “Ano ba naman. Ang dami namang bobo rito sa Pilipinas.” The premature claim was given after a concerned citizen filed an electoral sabotage to the comelec, technology provider Smartmatic, and election watchdog Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting before the Ombudsman.

The Electoral Sabotage is not an easy thing. This is considered a special election offense taht can give you life imprisonment. This year possible electoral sabotage happened because of changing the system- the hash code without the Comelec en banc’s permission. It has changed the affected partial and unofficial votes and tally of votes, according to GMA News.  The Mata sa Balota Movement reportedly said, “This case presents a classic example where the respondents, in conspiracy with each other, exercised their duty in bad faith, maliciously, arbitrarily and capriciously,”
