Professional Regulatory Board of Real Estate Service conducted the licensure examination in the cities of Manila, All Regional Offices, Zamboanga, held last April 8, 2016. The members of the Board of Real Estate Service who gave the licensure examination are Dr. Eduardo G. Ong, Chairman; Florencio C. Diño II and Rafael M. Fajardo, Members.
PRC and Board of Real Estate Service covered the following subjects; Fundamentals of Real Estate Appraisal (50%) and Professional Appraisal Practice (50%).

Last August 2015, PRC stated, “the registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be announced. Those who will register are required to bring the following: duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, current Community Tax Certificate (cedula), 1 piece passport size picture (colored with white background and complete name tag), 2 sets of metered documentary stamps and 1 short brown envelope with name and profession and to pay the Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2016-2019. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.”
The expected date of releasing the official results will be on 5 working days after the last day of examination.
