The Miss Colombia Ariadna Gutierrez was hailed as the 2015 Miss Universe for the approximate time of 2 minutes only. You are hearing it right. The crown was taken away from her as Steve Harvey had announce a wrong one. The beauty Queen’s title was then pass to true winner Philippines’ Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach.

Meanwhile the Miss Universe organization already stated their sincere apology to the candidates especially to Miss Colombia and Miss Philippines-Universe. It was posted with a picture:

In the interview backstage, Miss Colombia became so teary and emotional. Wiping her tears she said, “Everything happens for a reason, so I’m happy. I’m happy for all [of] what I did.”

After crowning her supporters never stopped, they then screamed “I love you, Colombia!” to the contestant.
