Show casing the national costume of Binibining Pilipinas Universe 2014 MJ Lastimosa to it’s Miss Universe 2014 competition made by the Colombian designer, Alfredo Barraza was highly given much negative comments, like birthday cake-inspired gown or it has been said that it is the reason MJ loses the crown.

However this year’s Miss Universe beauty pageant Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach proudly wore the Pinoy-made National Costume. The 26 year old Filipino-German, Pia look so elegant and beautiful in it’s all white terno by the local designer Albert Andrada during the Miss Universe 2015. The show happene at the eauty pageant’s preliminary competition in Las Vegas on Wednesday, December 16.

Pia posted in her Instagram account with a caption saying, “My national dress by Albert Andrada. Tangkilikin ang sariling atin.”
