Wearing the Filipino works? Who wouldn’t be proud? In Manila, Philippines, all world leaders gathered together for APEC Summit 2015. For the recent schedules, given for the Welcome Dinner on Wednesday, leaders entered the Mall In Asia In Pasay in the most stunning and gorgeuos looks wearing the Barong Tagalog made by Filipino Designer Paul Cabral.

For the APEC, it is given that the host economy is obligue to provide leaders with cultural attires to wear for unnual family photo. In fact, Philippines was the one who firt hosted the APEC in 1996. There, the economic leaders were given to wear the barong tagalog during the photo session. Even their wives and womens wore the embroided formal shirt.

According to Cabral, “Our provision of formal wear for the world leaders is reflective of our renowned hospitality and conveys our people’s warm welcome,”

And that as a designer, “there is no greater honor than seeing one’s creation being worn by the different heads of economies. As a Filipino, it gives you so much dignity and pride.”
