“That’s his opinion. Of course, it would be very convenient for him if I’ll be disqualified,” Poe stated in a presidential forum in Makati on Wednesday.

Senator Grace Poe hitting Vice President Jejomar Binay saying she must be disqualified from running in the 2016 elections as in the issue of her unanswered citizenship before.

However, she said “On the other hand, I will continue to fight that all these so-called disqualification (cases) filed against me is within the rights of every Filipinos,”

Senator Poe was pointing out to Binay’s statement saying he agrees with the decision of Supreme Court Associate Justices Arturo Brion, Antonio Carpio, and Teresita De Castro and his own daughter, Senator Nancy Binay to disqualify Poe.

Meanwhile, Binay also said that he is not telling Poe is not a Filipino citizen, what he means is that not a natural-born Filipino. He also clarified that this has nothing to do with Poe being an abandoned child.
