Davao City mayor Rodrigo Duterte caught the attention of the netizens following after his viral video uploaded in social networking sites, Facebook and YouTube.

The veteran politician of Davao City, appeared on video together with the Visaya-speaking American whose group is popularly known in social media as “Hey Joe Show” which means to say in visaya “Amerikanong Slang.” The energetic and vigorous 70-year-old politician showcases his dance craze move joining together with these young American men.

The video of Mayor Duterte became the most talked topic as of this week in the internet causing hundreds of thousands of clicks and shares to most of micro-blogging sites which makes past trending topic upon posting.

On the other hand, Mayor Duterte’s political career sky-rocketed to its un-expectable level of success after making Davao City won the National Literacy Hall of Fame Award for being a three-time first place winner in the Outstanding Local Government Unit Highly Urbanized City category.
