The conflict amidst between the parents of the actress Heart Evangelista and politician Senator Francis “Chiz” Escudero eventually calm down and soon to be totally vanished.

This is the reason actress Heart Evangelista was happy to share that her mom has already accepted that she and Senator Chiz Escudero will soon to face before the altar of matrimony.

Celebrity couple Heart Evangelista and Senator Francis Escudero made a rounds on social media last March 2013 following the controversial public appearance of her mother disproving the relationship of the actress to the politician.

But after Senator Chiz Escudero had formally made a wedding proposal in Sorsogon last August 2014, the misunderstanding between them eventually patched up.

“Tanggap niya na na ikakasal na ako. Accepted niya na ‘yun. Although ‘yung next step na magkikita lahat lahat, ipinagdadasal pa namin ‘yun. Pero wala na talaga sa kanila ‘yung galit sila or anything. Wala ng ganun,” she assured.

Evangelista considered this as big blessing for them with Senator Chiz Ecudero. She feels relieved that her parents expressed happiness that she will finally settle down with the politician.

“They are happy, especially my dad. Happy siya na makakahanap ako ng sarili kong pamilya. Kampante na rin siya na tumatanda na rin siya, and if something were to happen to him, may pamilya ako na mag-aalaga sa akin,” she explained.

The couple, Evangelista and Escudero are set to exchange vows at the Balesin Island Club on February 15, 2015.

Asked about their plan of having a baby after their marriage. The actress positively replied in the since that she has been for a long time in showbiz fulfilling her career, so if ever she get pregnant she said, much better and more enjoyable being a mom.

“Pwede na rin kasi masaya. Ganun na rin naman ang punta noon. Nagawa ko na rin naman ‘yung mga gusto kong gawin sa showbiz. Ang tagal ko na rin nag-artista, 16 years na rin, so kung mabuntis ako, masaya na rin ako,” she said.

This Christmas season, the actress has nothing to ask for more because she said, she has everything right now and felt blessed by God and be thankful of all.

“Nakakahiyang humingi pa. Gusto ko lang magpasalamat sa Diyos kasi sobrang saya ng buhay. It’s not all the time that life can be good so I’m very blessed. I wish everybody the same,” she said.
