After three years he rose into fame, at the early age of 19-year-old, the young Kapamilya actor Daniel Padilla was able to fulfill his mother’s dream by giving her mom the new built 8-bedroom house which is speculated to cost more or less 40-million pesos.

The young heartthrob singer/actor was noticeably proud enough to share his happiness for his mom. In an interview with ABS-CBN News reporter Marie Lozano he said that it has been his goal to make her mom happy so he built a home for his mother.

“Kasi ito naman ang importante. Masarap sa pakiramdam ‘yung may tinutulugan na maayos ‘yung pamilya mo. Gusto kong nakikita ‘yung mga kapatid ko, kamaganak ko na komportable sa lugar, na alam namin na amin,” he explained.

Daniel remembered and humbly shared to the reporter that there was always a threat of being kick out because he was raised with their rented house.

“Ayaw ko ng rent kami ng rent tapos biglang paalisin. Ayaw ko ng ganoong feeling kasi naramdaman ko na ‘yun eh,” he said.

The young actor also admitted that he was able to mature in thinking because his mother has always reminded him to give more importance to have their own home compared to have some other luxuries in life.

“Sa panahon ngayon, hindi ka na puwedeng pabata bata siguro. Ang hirap ng buhay ngayon,” Padilla said.

Padilla narrated how they lived before that even at his age of 14, he and her mother shared together in a bed, he said only this time in their new build house they have separated and sleep with their own comfortable room.

“Hindi na kami nakasiksik sa kanya habang natutulog ako. Fourteen years old na ako, nandoon pa rin ako sa kwarto niya dati magkakasama kami. Ngayon lang kami nagkakahiwahiwalay sa kwarto,” he said.

However, emotional mom of Daniel Padilla, former actress Karla Estrada said that she is very happy and extremely proud for his son because he is the one that fulfill her dream to come true. She recalled that before she was the one cleaning the house which was not her own. Every time she will see extravagant furniture, she said to herself that one day she can have her own. Because of that, now in her new house she is the one designed the interior part of the entire house and that is the reason she decided to have also the extravagant furniture in her own house.

“Nagpupunas ako ng hagdan, naiyak ako kasi sabi ko dati ‘yung pinupunasan ko inuupahang bahay ko lang. Naiyak ako pero hindi ko pinakita. Nora Aunor lang ‘yung acting at hindi Ate Vi na hysterical. Ganoon pala ‘yung feeling na ‘di na mangangamba

“Kung makikita mo wala akong extravagant na furniture pero para sa kasimplehan kong tao, ang mamahal na rin niyan na mga chandelier na yan,

“Unahin talaga natin ang magkabahay kasi kahit na anong mangyari, magsara man ang kurtina mo, hindi ka na mangangamba,” Estrada said.
