Maria Sagana is a Barcelona-based Filipina teenager who becomes popular in music industry in Spain after the official released of her first music hit recording single video entitled “Sha La La” which becomes viral in YouTube.

From that moment onwards, Maria Sagana’s first single continues to receive good reviews that landed on the Top 40 Music Charts and has a good record the in the field of music competition joining with the well-known local and international artists.

In a press interview Maria Sagana shared saying: “Ang sarap ng feeling na marami akong nare-receive na support from both Filipinos at Spanish. It really makes me strong. Imagine, yung biggest radio station, 40 Principales, they are promoting my music! And I am in many different write-ups sa Spanish press. Nakakatuwa!” she said.

People not only Filipino races but Spanish as well wanted to get to know Maria Sagana’s other talent behind the success of the hit music “Sha La La” that resulted for inviting her to attend a TV series premier night and an artist’s photo shoot. She was also invited to Madrid for press interviews and celebrity meetings with production people.

Maria Sagana shared her happiness about the release of her first single saying: “”I’m so happy to release my first single kasi di ba mahirap sa music industry ngayon. Sometimes you’re up, sometimes down. Kaya I’m so happy na nabigyan ako ng break,” she added.

Maria Sagana who will turn 16-year-old on her next birthday was able to handle time difficulties between her school time and career as she was having a regular attendance in her high school class and voice lessons.

Maria Sagana started taking up singing lessons since her young age of 9-year-old under the supervision of a music artist who was her own sister Jackie Sagana a composer in her own group of talented singers. Maria Sagana tagging behind her sister in concerts, rehearsals jam sessions was the reasons she became a talented singer.

At the age of 14-year-old, Maria Sagana’s music was already recognized in the in the industry who have captured the eye of some music and TV producers with her first song “Ready to Love” which was released via iTunes. It became a favorite and played several times as background song in a famous Spanish TV series.
