Jericho Rosales and Kim Jones initially refusing to reveal their wedding details on where to hold the wedding venue and when the date of wedding is, but on Wednesday during the press event held by chocolate brand Toblerone, the couple confirmed that they will tie the knot on May 1, 2014 somewhere in the beach of Boracay.

“It’s going to be in May 1 and sa islands of Boracay,” Rosales said.

The couple shared that since the very beginning they wanted to have a beach wedding, as they have the things in common for the love of water and the sport of surfing. The celebrity couple also shared the reason why they chose Boracay because they want their wedding more meaning to their surfer friends invited to witness their wedding

“We wouldn’t have imagined it any other way. Honestly, it just fit. I didn’t even think it was a question for us to pick a beach,” Jones said.

“But not a surf spot because no one would come to the wedding. Nilayo talaga namin sa beach na may alon,” Jericho added.

The Filipino-British model also revealed that she has already prepared everything smoothly according to plan which includes the necessary arrangement for the wedding and her wedding gown.

“There’s a few months left. I have the dress and then we have our guest list. Food’s ready. We’re doing pretty well,” Jones was saying before her fiancé cut her –“Ako! Wala pa akong suit. So nanawagan po ako kung sino gustong magsponsor ng suit ko,” quipped Rosales.

The two also said that before everything was properly finalize they really tried to make a simple wedding with limited guests, but because of their status being celebrities, it seems difficult for them to do so.

“It really is just our closest friends. Friends and family have been there with us since the beginning of our careers and our relationship also,” she said.

“We really tried to make it really small lang pero with all of my friends and her friends sa industry… We’re trying to keep it tight,” Rosales added.

Asked if he still have time for honeymoon out of his hectic schedule, the actor replied: “We’re still talking about it. We want to go to Europe. Yung schedule ko ngayon crazy. Malaysia, Philippines, Malaysia. I’ve been so busy pero kaya naman. After the wedding, we will have time off.”

“We’ll make time, even if just for a few days,” Jones added.
