Gregory Binunus the Malaysian citizen have submitted already the affidavit required by the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) to pass a statement declaring of what relationship he has with Deniece Cornejo.

According to his affidavit submitted to the NBI, Gregory Binunus revealed that he and Deniece Cornejo have met one time in a club sometime in December 2013 and from that moment they started communicating and Cornejo was allowed to use the condo unit for free which was originally rented by Gregory Binunus.

Gregory Binunus narrated that he rented the condo unit from Soledad Ramos for personal use but after he met the model Deniece Cornejo, he allowed her to stay for free for two months beginning January 15, 2014, since his sibling was going back to Malaysia by that time.

He also said that he did not collect payment from Cornejo because subleasing is not allowed at Forbeswood Heights. He added that the mauling incident involving the comedian actor Vhong Navarro was unknown to him, only after Soledad Ramos the owner of the condo unit informed him.

Gregory Binunus admitted that the only information reached to him that time was about the alleged robbery which was reported to him by Deniece Cornejo on January 23, 2014. Upon knowing the report, he immediate informed the owner, Soledad Ramos who is in turn told him about the mauling incident.

On the other hand, in a separate affidavit submitted by Soledad Ramos to the NBI revealed that he does not personally know Deniece Cornejo.
