Controversial model/stylists Deniece Cornejo and businessman Cedric Lee appeared on the Department of Justice (DOJ) on Friday February 21, 2014 to attend the preliminary investigation of the charges filed by TV host comedian actor Vhong Navarro.

Aside from Cedric Lee and Deniece Cornejo, some other member of the group also made appearance during the preliminary probe that includes Bernice Lee the sister of Cedric, Zimmer Raz and two other involved in the mauling incident last January 21, 2014  at the condo unit of Forbeswood Heights, Taguig City.

In behalf of the actor Vhong Navarro non-appearance, Atty. Alma Mallonga attended the hearing. The legal lawyer of Cedric and Deniece, Atty. Howard Calleja was also seen during the preliminary investigation.

Vhong Navarro filed simultaneous charges against Deniece Cornejo and Cedric Lee and company that include serious illegal detention, serious physical injuries, grave threat, grave coercion, unlawful arrest and blackmail.

On the other hand, Deniece Cornejo filed counter charges against Vhong Navarro claiming that the actor held an attempt of her. Recently, last Wednesday February 19, 2014 surfaced before the public the identified Roxanne Cabanero Acosta with her claims that she was also one of the victims of Vhong Navarro.

With her allegation against the actor, Roxanne Cabanero Acosta makes her name to become the most talked issue on social media and other networking sites since the time her name was revealed by her legal counsel Atty. Virgillio Batalla.
