In an affidavit filed by the ramp model Deniece Cornejo against Vhong Navarro it says that the comedian actor forced her to perform oral ‘6’ on him and tried to insert his organ to her private part before her friends (referring to Cedric Lee and company) arrived in the nick of time to rescue her from the attack of Vhong Navarro.

Deniece Cornejo’s official complaint was filed at the Taguig City Hall of Justice on Wednesday, January 29, 2014. In her affidavit tells a story that while they were inside the Forbeswood Heights condominium where the model is residing, on the night of January 22, 2014 Cornejo has notice that the actor suddenly changed his mood pulled her toward the sofa and tried to get on top of her.

Cornejo continued that she made her way out to struggle but the actor who is mightier than her pinned her down on her bed and immediately undress her.

“Kuya Vhong still has his hands clutched tightly to my hair and tried to push my head towards his genitals,” she said. “I tried to resist but the hair pulling was really painful.”

“He succeeded in mashing my entire face… right into his genitals,” the complaint said.

“Kuya Vhong continued to pull my hair and forced my face into his genitals despite my cries of ‘No, huwag po. He kept pushing his ‘private part into my mouth and I tried with all my might to push him away,” Cornejo said.

In her allegation, Navarro continued his attack then lifted one leg of her shorts and pulled at her underwear allowed the actor to insert his private part toward hers.

“At that point, I felt that his hard ‘private part’ was already touching my private part… He was forcing his hard ‘private part’ into my ‘private part’,” she said.

According to Cornejo, the next scene was really a miracle that her friends arrived and rescue her from the attack of Vhong Navarro.

“It was only by a miracle that my friends suddenly appeared to help me. I suddenly felt the weight of Kuya Vhong taken away from me and when I was free, I ran to the first person I saw, who was a female friend of mine. I was crying, inconsolable, and hysterical,” she said.

After she was rescued by her friends, she demanded that Vhong Navarro is to be turned over to the police stationed. With that situation the actor was allegedly asked forgiveness and favor to bargain for his freedom.

Cornejo did not return to her condo unit since the time of the incident and found out lately that her condo unit was ransacked and robbed, she said.

Vhong Navarro, on the other hand, denied the allegation that he attempted to rape the model in her condo unit on January 22, 2014, but the actor admitted that Cornejo performed oral ‘6’ before him during their first date last January 17.

The actor believed that the invitation of Deniece Cornejo to visit in her condominium unit on January 22, 2014 was a set-up. He also said that it was a part of a premeditated plan by Cedric Lee to extort money from him, Navarro said.

However, Cedric Lee strongly denied the Vhong Navarro’s accusation.

The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) has revealed the CCTV footage on Wednesday containing the incidence from the Forbes Heights condo and found out that the events captured on the CCTV footage matches to the statement of Vhong Navarro.
