Gretchen Barretto has made appearance in Marikina Regional Trial Court Thursday, December 19, 2013 to testify against her youngest sister Claudine Barretto in spite of life threatening by her father if she will stand as witness against Claudine.

Greatchen’s testimony in court is in relation to the legal dispute between the celebrity couple as Claudine filed a case against her husband Raymart Santiago, a petition for a temporary protection order (TPO) against her husband and the former couple’s custody battle.

According to Gretchen, the reason of her appearance in the court was to testify against her sister that is because she love so much with Claudine and in doing so, she will help her to save her life from being a drug user and to save love ones around her.

When asked if she would tell everything and to detail the allegations in her testimony, she said, “”Siyempre pag nasa korte, more than that. May mga hindi tayo pwedeng sabihin sa publiko na pwede natin sabihin sa korte.”

Gretchen clarifies that they are doing that with her other siblings including JJ and Marjorie because they want the truth to come out. And she added that nobody persuaded them to testify against her sister Claudine, despite for fearing being threatened by her father.
