A 19-month-old infant who fell into a small well during the course of an 18-hour nighttime rescue operation at a cassava farm in Tak province’s Phop Phra district was ultimately raised to safety.
Around 10.45 a.m., rescuers were able to pull the girl from the 13-meter hole. this Tuesday. She was transported to Phop Phra Hospital after being frightened and agitated but otherwise being in good health.
Sanya Phetset, the district head of Phop Phra, other local authorities, and the locals nervously watched as rescuers attempted to save the youngster.
The kid is a migrant worker’s child from Myanmar. While playing on Monday afternoon at a cassava plantation in Romklao Charoensuk hamlet in Tambon Khiri Rat, she fell down the 30 cm-wide well.
Both of her parents, Mr. Necho and Ms. Atae, are employed by the plantation. When they were unable to locate their small daughter, they grew worried. A search revealed that she had likely fallen down a
Workers from Myanmar had congregated around the deep well when police and rescue personnel arrived on the site. Near the hole, Ms. Atae was sobbing, and her husband was trying to console her.
When a rescuer yelled down into the well, a girl’s faint sobs were heard echoing back. The rescue crew then dropped a tiny camera into the hole by attaching it to a rope. They saw the girl move slightly and realized she was trapped at the bottom.
