The revised scheduled date for Ahtisa Manalo’s arrival in the Philippines is November 24.

After first declaring that Ahtisa will arrive on November 23, the Miss Universe Philippines Organization confirmed the scheduling modification.

The organization said on Sunday, November 23, “The arrival of our very own Miss Universe 2025 Third Runner-Up, Ahtisa Manalo, has been moved tomorrow, November 24, 11:15PM at the NAIA Terminal 1, due to some recent adjustments.”

“We thank everyone for their unwavering support and understanding. As we await our queen’s return, let us continue to celebrate her remarkable achievement and the pride she brings to the Philippines,” they continued.

In this year’s pageant, Ahtisa finished third runner-up, and Fatima Bosch of Mexico won the title of Miss Universe 2025. First runner-up Praveenar Singh of Thailand, second runner-up Stephany Abasali of Venezuela, and fourth runner-up Olivia Yacé of Côte d’Ivoire rounded out the top 5.

Judge Minnie Baloyi questioned Ahtisa, “As a global ambassador or citizen what will be your contribution to humanity?” during the pageant’s first Q&A session.

In response, the Filipina beauty queen said, “I come from a very poor background, I started pageants at 10 years old to put myself through school and to lift my family out of poverty.”

She continued: “And if there’s anything I want to show the universe I’m here right now. I’m standing as Miss Universe, because I was able to get myself out of any situation, because I was hardworking, I was persistent, and I fight for what I want.”

“If you win the title of Miss Universe tonight, how would you use this platform to empower young girls?” was the last question posed to Ahtisa.

She responded: “I work with an organization called Alon Akademie where we work with young people to provide them opportunities to make them realize that it doesn’t matter what your life circumstances is, it doesn’t define where you will go. And I want to continue working with Alon Akademie in a bigger platform like Miss Universe to pursue making sure that people from low-income backgrounds are given the same opportunities like everyone else.”
