Carlos Yulo and Chloe San Jose, a celebrity couple, disclosed that they are simply awaiting the ideal time to get married. The two stated in an interview with news channel Bilyonaryo that they have been discussing it but are not in a rush because they have personal obligations to their jobs. However, they insisted that they would like to get married in a church.
Carlos and Chloe have been together for several of years, and they have expressed their love for one another on social media.
The Kapamilya singer revealed that, should the time come for a proposal, she has already expressed her desires to the Filipino Olympic gold medallist.
“I told him naman like the things that I want there–– I want the family to be complete there and then I want it like maganda yung set-up,” she said.
In exchange, she promised to keep herself prepared for the proposal, whenever it may come.
“I’ll make sure that my nails are not overgrown and then make sure that my hair and makeup is done and I’m wearing something nice,” she continued.
Carlos went on to say that although he already intended to purchase a ring for his proposal, he didn’t want to move too quickly just yet. Chloe acknowledged that she noticed her longtime boyfriend’s email asking about the ring.
“Na realize ko na dapat hindi siya minamadali–– pinagplaplanuhan talaga. Pero, that time I’m really ready na,” Carlos clarified.
The Filipino Olympian went on to say that he wants to have children when they are married.
“Gusto ko ibalik yung suporta na binigay niya sa’kin and as a partner, after mag wedding gusto ko na magkaanak kami. Kung ano po yung ibigay ni Lord. Pero prepared po [para sa] tatlo,” He declared.
After acknowledging the difficulties of parenting children, Chloe stressed that although she is open to having children in the future, it is something they must also discuss.
“Family planning but it has to be planned well talaga it cannot just be because we can do it now, we’ll do it. Really, kids will be very very big responsibilities until forever… We have to make sure that we’re really ready not just financially, but also mentally and emotionally supporting the kids for the future,” Chloe stated.
