Due to K-pop star Blackpink’s performance at the Philippine Arena this coming weekend, the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) Corp. announced on Tuesday that it anticipates considerable traffic along the motorway.
On November 22 and 23, the four-piece band will perform at the Bulacan venue as part of their “Deadline” tour.
“During the event [from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m.], heavy traffic is expected in the area,” the NLEX Corp. said in a statement.

While drivers heading to Bocaue or Santa Maria were encouraged to take other routes via the Marilao, Bocaue, or Tambubong exits, concertgoers were advised to use the NLEX Ciudad de Victoria exit.
The NLEX Corp. promised that traffic cops will be stationed to assist drivers in NLEX-covered areas.
After more than two years, Blackpink is making a comeback to the Philippines with the “Deadline” shows. The two-day “Born Pink” tour, which took place in the Philippine Arena in March 2023, was their most recent visit.
However, in March, member Jisoo organized a private fan meeting at the Araneta Coliseum to promote her lengthy performance “Amortage.”
Expected Attendance and Event Details
The Blackpink concert marks their first major live performance in the Philippines after the pandemic, generating huge excitement among local fans—often called Blinks. The event is expected to draw over 40,000 attendees.
Concert gates open at 4 PM with performances set to begin at 7 PM. Organizers remind attendees to arrive early to avoid delays.
