Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto, and Joey de Leon (TVJ) intended to bring Wow Mali and Iskul Bukol back to TV5.

The production company founded by the trio allegedly announced during the media briefing for the new TVJ program that they wanted to bring back certain old shows, including ‘Wow Mali,’ and ‘Iskul Bukol.’

According to Jane Basas, president and CEO of TV5, Mediaquest, they hope to convince TVJ to bring the programmes back.

“We’re actually re-launching ‘Wow Mali’ very soon. Nilalambing namin sila for ‘Iskul Bukol’, so meron pong pag-uusap na ganoon. But in the context of the shared agreement today, ang pinaka-importanteng araw po was actually May 31, and this is when we received a formal letter kung open kami for discussion. And the rest is history,” Basas stated.

Apart from the two shows, TV5 and TVJ producers are talking about other projects. TVJ now has more flexibility in designing its shows since it has its own producers.
