GCash is a widely used mobile wallet platform that provides users with convenient access to various financial services. However, like any online platform, there is always a risk of fraudulent activities, including scams that attempt to deceive users and gain unauthorized access to their funds. It’s important for users to be vigilant and take precautions to protect themselves against scams.

Richardson de la Cruz, known as Chad Kinis, a Filipino actor under Viva Entertainment, posts his complaint regarding the Gcash system error that caused him to lose his money online.

“Ganito din ba nangyari sa Gcash niyo? Nalimas bigla. Kasi sa mga nagpost iisa lang ng bank account na pinuntahan eh. Ano to Gcash? if this is a system error sana po maayos agad. Nakakaloka huhuhu” captioned by Chad.

Many netizens commented on his post, saying that they had the same experience with the actor. They expressed their sentiments, hoping that GCash would hear their complaints.

On the picture that Chad Kinis posted, we can see that GCash sent his money to east West Banking Corporation with an account number ending in 5239.

Some of the netizens expressed that their money was also sent to the same bank with the same account number. Also, the victims were left with a remaining balance of 85 pesos.
