The former “Pinoy Big Brother” participant recently confessed that she and her British partner are not yet engaged.

On Instagram, Lie met her British boyfriend, Paul Joshua Marsden. Lie recounted being bored at that point and starting looking for the name “Paul” on Instagram.

She explained on Wednesday that she got a promise ring from her British lover and not an engagement ring. She further revealed that her lover gave her the ring and informed her that she would be his wife in the future.

In an interview with “Magandang Buhay,” the former PBB housemate claimed that she posted on the time her partner proposed to her and that netizens misread what she wrote.

“Yung nangyari po kasi roon parang nag-assure siya sa akin na ‘I want you to be my future wife,’ ganun. Parang ‘okay lang ba sa iyo?’ ‘Yes of course.’ Tapos inilagay niya na ‘yung singsing,” Lie explained.

“Tapos pag-post ko ay na-misinterpret ng mga tao, kaya dinilete ko po ‘yung post. Kasi promise ring,” she added.
