SYNOPSIS: Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon.

Cloudy skies with rains are expected over the Bicol region, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, and Romblon. Cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms will be experienced over Northern Samar. Moderate to strong winds coming from the Northeast will prevail with rough to very rough seas.

The Western Visayas will have cloudy skies with rains due to Northeast Monsoon. The rest of Visayas will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to Shearline. Palawan including Kalayaan Islands and Occidental Mindoro will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with light rains due to Northeast Monsoon.

Moderate to strong winds from the Northeast will prevail over the Visayas, Palawan including Kalayaan Islands, and Occidental Mindoro with moderate to rough seas.
