The Miss Universe Philippines organization has officially started accepting applications for Miss Universe Philippines 2023.

Miss Universe Philippines released the request and guidelines on Monday on the organization’s Instagram page.

Women, regardless of civil status or height, may now apply to participate in the pageant if they are Filipino citizens aged 18 to 27 because of recent changes in the candidates’ qualifications.

“The most prestigious crown in the country can be yours for the taking,” the organization stated.

Last September, the Miss Universe organization announced rule changes that would allow mothers and wives to compete in the pageant beginning in 2023.

Those interested in applying should complete the application and submit it to [email protected].

The application will open on Monday and close at 11:59 p.m. on January 29, 2023.

Celeste Cortesi, Miss Universe Philippines, will compete in the pageant’s 71st edition in January 2023.
