KC Concepcion said that he and apl.de.ap, a.k.a., are simply good friends. Allan Pineda Lindo is a member of the internationally renowned hip-hop group the Black Eyed Peas.

For a long time, it was assumed that the two were romantically involved.

In an interview with KC in New York that aired on TV Patrol yesterday, August 31, 2022, ABS-CBN reporter MJ Felipe stated that they are merely friends with the musician.

KC’s remark, “Hindi, hindi [naging kami]. Very close kami, you know, I love the guy.

“I respect him, I admire him. Pinapatawa niya ako nang sobra-sobra, mabait siya sa akin.

“Hindi naman, he’s very busy with work as well. And you know, whatever will be, will be. But no, hindi kami.”

She does not now have a romantic life.

However, KC is reported to be serious about love because his sister Cloie Syquia Skarne has previously married.

On July 9, 2022, her younger sister got married in Sweden, which she personally attended.

According to KC, she also wishes to marry.

She stated, “Dito sa States, medyo hirap mag-date. Minsan akala mo serious yun, casual lang pala.

“I’m in my 30s. I won’t lie, I definitely take relationship more seriously now.

“Tapos, yung dream na one day ako naman ang ikakasal, kasi ikinasal na yung sister ko sa Sweden. My gosh, naunahan pa ako!”

KC joked that she could marry in nine months. And she denied being pregnant again.

She laughed and replied, “Huy guys, ang tagal niyo nang issue ‘yan ha. I wish, I wish, pero wala. Ang daming beses ko nang supposedly nabuntis, pero hindi talaga.”

KC will travel to the Philippines next week to see her half-sister, Miel Pangilinan, make her debut.
