Senator Raffy Tulfo first stated this Friday that he spoke with the Congressman and learned that he was the one who bailed Dasmariñas, who is also a suspect in the rape and murder of Jovelyn Galleno.

According to Congressman Hagedorn, the suspect’s family approached him for assistance in bailing him out for allegedly beating him and forcing him to confess to crimes he had nothing to do with.

Despite the fact that he was a suspect in the Jovelyn Galleno case, the officer was eager to help and stated that he would want nothing more than to help those in need.
