In a touching five-minute short video produced and edited by Bob Nicolas and his staff, Jessy Mendiola and Luis Manzano officially announced their pregnancy.

On Thursday, August 11, the celebrity couple originally planned for their church wedding this year.

Jessy claims that God granted her and Luis a “wonderful blessing,” unfortunately, and that as a result their church wedding will need to “take a backseat” for the time being.

The couple’s immediate response when the actress conducts a pregnancy test is shown in a part of the 5-minute film that Jessy released on her YouTube account.

“No matter what your plans are, HE has a divine plan for you, one that is definitely BETTER than what you have imagined. His plan is always the best. We decided to share this wonderful news with you through a video shot in one of God’s houses – a beautiful chapel in Benguet,” Jessy wrote.
