On Sunday, July 31, James Reid and Liza Soberano attended the birthday celebration of Filipino-American online personality Bretman Rock in Hawaii, where they were able to eat Filipino fast food.

The two actors can be seen consuming sushi at Rock’s 24th birthday celebration held in Hawaii, as seen in yesterday’s August 1, Instagram Stories posted by catering company Sushi on Wheels.

Reid and Soberano joined Rock and Bella Poarch, another Fil-Am content creator, for a photobooth photo that Rock shared on Aug. 2 on his Instagram Stories. Soberano has spent time with Rock and Poarch before; the three of them became close during the celebration of Philippine Independence Day in June.

Careless Music CEO Jeffrey Oh’s Instagram Stories were spotted yesterday eating at the Ala Moana Center location of a Filipino fast food chain and posing at the counter before Rock’s party.

On her Facebook page yesterday, Jhan Balugo, a member of the fast food staff who took the couple’s order, expressed her delight at finally meeting the actors. Along with a picture of some restaurant staff with Soberano and Reid, she also displayed screenshots of Oh’s Instagram Stories.

“[Oh my God] I can’t believe na ako kumukuha ng order nila. Ang saya ko, promise,” a fan said.

Reid and Soberano were initially spotted by a user named @nikkirs16 arriving on the island last Saturday, July 31. It appears that they have been in Hawaii for a few days at this point.
