Piolo Pascual, the Kapamilya network’s ultimate heartthrob, has addressed the truth regarding reports that he may retire at some point.

We are the choices we make, and in recent years, Kapamilya network’s ultimate heartthrob Piolo Pascual seems to have make a big decision.

He previously stated that he wished to retire before the age of 40. He acknowledged wanting to, but it was always put off.

He told Director Cathy Garcia Molina about that as well, suggesting he’d retire before the age of 40.

He stated this, and now he realizes he stated it out of stress or as part of a mid-life crisis, being overburdened with work and all.

“I love what I do and being in this profession gives me purpose so I think I was being immature, feeling burnt out back then, you can call it a midlife crisis because you’re too loaded up with work,” he stated in a recent press conference. He is currently 45 years old.

He stated that this is his love and that he will not discuss retiring again because he will do it for as long as he can. He also stated that at this stage in his life, he would like to keep doing what he is doing.

“As long as I feel that I’m needed in this business or there is something that I can contribute and I will stay on,” Piolo stated. He enjoys working in the entertainment business and spreading his experiences with others.
