Since the previous mayor eventually acknowledged his son’s lovechild, Isko Moreno is already called Lolo Isko.

Regarding his love child with Raffa Castro, Joaquin has been the target of speculations.
Online suspicions of them becoming parents have been going around, and it appears that Castro dropped a clue in an earlier post. Scott Angelo Domagoso, their son, was consequently born in the FEU Medical Center in Quezon City.

As a result, he has been embracing his role as a “lolo,” or grandfather, and he expresses happiness and gratitude to God for the blessing. 

He became a grandpa to Scott, the same name he was given as a child, and he claimed that this experience would make him happier in his life over the course of the following ten or twenty years.

Isko continued, “It’s a God-given life. It’s a blessing. Growing up is a challenge and making a better life for everyone, your family, or even your apo is hard. But from another perspective, it’s a blessing.”
