In a recent conversation, veteran actress Gina Pareño openly stated that she is a part of the LGBTQ community.

Gina revealed in a recent interview on talent manager-vlogger Ogie Diaz’s Channel on youtube that, as a precaution, she decided to take a pause from acting.

Raquel and Michael, her children, really want her to be secure. Gina said that she keeps missing acting badly.

She further stated that she would like to perform acting jobs once more. Gina likewise expressed sadness that no one seems to recall her due to her disappearance in front of the camera.

The seasoned actress also revealed her gender identity.

Ogie inquired about a special person in her life who had died. Doktora Bong was highlighted by Gina Pareño.

The talent manager revealed that he had previously dealt with the seasoned actress and that she would take the urn with Dra. Bong’s ashes were found on the set. 

Gina stated that the urn is currently in her room. She stated that this does not imply that she would not let go of Dra. Bong, on the other hand, would be eternally thankful to the particular person in her life.

“Ang dami kong utang na loob doon, ‘tsaka mabait sa akin. Tinuturuan ako, ine-educate niya ako,” the legendary actress revealed. 

When asked how she and Dra. Bong first met, she stated that her special someone was once an actress.

“Dati siyang artista, e, si Nenita Vidal. Napapanood pala niya ako. So, gusto na niya ang arte ko, ganun-ganun, naging close ako sa kanya,” she remarked. Gina said that Dra. Bong adored her.

Then, Ogie Diaz inquired to Gina Pareo,  “Kaya mo bang aminin na miyembro ka ng LGTBQ?” The veteran actress “Oo, bakit? May problema?” Gina continued that she adored Dra. Bong wholeheartedly.
She also stated that her heart is no longer interested in new love.
