Just after the public response of an ex-MasterChefMasterChef Pinoy Edition cast member, Judy Ann Santos’ simple statement about cooking became political.
Judy Ann was chastised by Pebbles Cunanan for not clarifying to the actress-host why she had ended her cooking vlog, Judy Ann’s Kitchen, first.
Pebbles was such previous contestant on Judy Ann’s reality cooking show MasterChef PH (2012).
Judy Ann clarified that she does not clear why she does not really have a new episode of her cooking vlog in an episode of the Kapamilya morning show Magandang Buhay on July 4, 2022.
Judy Ann stated that she does not want her cooking vlog, which is her passion project, to be regarded as work.
Judy’s comment was the goal of Pebbles’ subsequent Facebook posts on July 9, 2022.
The former MasterChef PH contestant published her response, which was surrounded with the quote card with Judy Ann’s comment.
Judy Ann completed a culinary course with numerous awards at the Center for Asian Culinary Studies in San Juan City.
Pebbles advised the actress-host.
Pebbles’ response to Judy Ann’s comment was also political.
“Paano kung mumurahing ingredients ang gagamitin mo, mapapasarap mo kaya yung lugaw ni Leni…chozzzzz [laughing with tears ang peace sign emojis] she said.
“Tabehhhhh…..turuan kita…bet mo….aaay magaling ako magluto nohhhh…”
Pebbles’ statement refers to former Vice President Leni Robredo.
Pebbles was a strong supporter of the new and changed administration as well as a critic of Robredo.
On July 12, Pebbles shared a screenshot of a netizen’s political comment on Facebook.
The netizen slammed Pebbles and his fellow pro-administration supporters, calling them “privileged.”
When Pebbles mentioned on Judy Ann’s comment, other netizens asked her, “Ano ang kuneksyon kay Leni?”
Pebbles paid back to Robredo’s followers.
Part of his message: “[S] an inyo natutunan ng mga salita, pangyayari, pagkain, hayup, at gamit sa isang tao.
Unlike her co-stars, Judy Ann has not actively campaigned for any candidate.
Pebbles confronted Judy Ann about the problem of price increases at the end of the comment.
“Oo nga pala judge ko si Juday sa Masterchef Philippines….nakalimutan ko [laughing with years emojis],” she stated “.
