Vice Ganda Sings Andrew E’s “Bagong Pilipinas, Bagong Mukha” on It’s Showtime!

Vice Gand is a comedian, talk show host, television personality, actor, businessman, and singer named Jose Marie Borja Viceral.

He is a regular host of ABS-Showtime, CBN’s It’s a noontime variety show, and has appeared in multiple films, eight of which are regarded to be the highest-grossing in Philippine cinema.

Vice began his career as a vocalist, then as a comic for Punchline and The Library, the latter of which owner Andrew de Real gave him the stage identity “Vice Ganda.”

The comedian stunned fans on the May 31 program of It’s Showtime when he performed Andrew E’s popular political jingle, “Bagong Pilipinas, Bagong Mukha.”

Vice Ganda, Kim Chiu, and Vhong Navarrro were conversing to one of the “Tawag ng Tanghalan” participants at the moment.

They sung and danced to the beat of Florida’s smash track, Low, because of the contestant’s jacket.

“And the whole club was looking at her. She hit the floor. Next thing you know. Shawty got low, low, low, low, low, low, low, low,” sang the three hosts while dancing.

Vice Ganda unexpectedly inserted some of Andrew E’s “Bagong Pilipinas, Bagong Mukha,” the campaign jingle of President-elect Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. and Vice President-elect Sara Duterte.

Vice stated, “Bagong Pilipinas, Bagong Mukha.”

“Dun lang tayo sa apple bottom jeans,” Kim, clearly shocked, added.

“Uy sikat na sikat ‘yun, viral ‘yung kantang yun,” Vice said to Kim.

Vice President Leni Robredo and Senator Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan are both vocal supporters of Vice Ganda and Kim Chiu.
