Jodi Sta. Maria proudly displayed her memorable inked index finger, revealing that the voting process had been an emotional experience for her. Sta. Maria updated her followers and described her voting journey on her Instagram page today, May 9.
“Felt so emotional kanina while filling out my ballot. Election anxiety perhaps?),” Jodi stated.
The actress then advised the people to vote carefully and highlighted the importance of voting to their future.
“Proud ako kasi alam ko tumindig ako,” she said.
“Sa boto mo nakasalalay ang kinabukasan mo,” she added.
Sta. Maria previously campaigned for presidential candidate Vice President Leni Robredo, her running partner Sen. Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan, and senatorial candidate Chel Diokno in Marikina.
