The retired political science professor went to social media to seek prayers for Kris Aquino, who is suffering from a life-threatening illness.

The Queen of All Media just stated that her sickness is life-threatening.

In a Facebook post, she requested prayers for the actress-recovery host’s from a life-threatening illness.

Kris disclosed in an Instagram post that by the end of April, they had discovered that her sickness had become “life-threatening” and that she had three verified autoimmune diseases.

“First is chronic spontaneous urticarial which can make a person feel itchy and uncomfortable, and it causes hives that come and go unexpectedly. The second one is autoimmune thyroiditis which is the inflammation of the thyroid and sometimes it happens because your body makes antibodies that attack your thyroid by mistake,” according to Web MD.

After her third skin biopsy, pathologists in the Philippines and in the US concluded that Kris has vasculitis. “To be very specific – late stage 3 of Churg Strauss Syndrome now also known as EGPA,” she expalined.

Kris further stated that she has to move to the United States since the drug that would save her life is not yet FDA-approved in the Philippines or Singapore.

Many people were saddened by Kris Aquino’s announcement, including retired political science professor Clarita Carlos.
