The volleyball player has spoken out about her suspected breakup with basketball player Kiefer Ravena.
After changing their profile images on their individual social media profiles, something happened.
The speculations that they had split up started on Monday, May 23.
The VMG Talent agency issued a response on the allegations on Thursday.
It said that “We appreciate the concern, but this decision does not involve any other party. Let us avoid making up stories and spreading false rumors. We hope that everyone can respect Alyssa’s decision to keep things private.”
Kiefer Ravena, it appears, has yet to make a remark about their alleged breakup.
It can be noted that the couple originally acknowledged their relationship on June 8, 2016, during an episode of Tonight With Boy Abunda.
Ravena spent the previous basketball season playing for the Shiga Lakestars in Japan’s B.League, while Valdez played in the reality show “Pinoy Big Brother.”
On the other side, Alyssa Valdez reposted the statement.
“Please avoid making up stories and spreading false rumors. Thank you for all the love,” she said with her post.
Vania Edralin, Alyssa’s manager, also shared the same statement issued by her talent agency.
Valdez mentioned that she and Ravena had only seen each other for a day in the previous six months in an interview with the Olympics website during the 31st Southeast Asian Games.
