The music artist immediately denied that she was paid to perform at the event, which is a common misconception.
She confirmed that she offered to perform at the event for free.

However, in the comments portion of her post, one netizen said that Moira will be paid between P1 to P5 million to perform at the campaign rally. This is a common mistake.
“GG, 1 to 5 million per artist offer,” the netizen stated.
Moira quickly denied receiving money after knowing about the accusation. Moira says she only agreed to perform at the event because she supports VP Leni’s presidential candidacy.
“Hindi po kami bayad. Nag-volunteer lang din po kami,” Moira replied.
Moira was then praised by netizens for giving her time for free to support a cause she believes in.
